We are Three Sixty - we deliver innovative, quality construction and property management services across the Stockport Borough. We put our customers first and strive to exceed expectations wherever possible and place great focus on the customer’s experience so that we get to know our customers on an individual level as best as we can and thus shape our services to their own needs and requirements.

We are proud to be part of Stockport Homes Group.

We currently have a full time temporary vacancy for a Planner to join us to plan and coordinate work for Housing Maintenance Operatives, ensuring their productivity levels are at an optimum and all scheduled appointments, voids and emergency repairs are completed within time.

As a Planner you will be the first point of contact for queries relating to repairs and Voids works scheduled and any emergency repairs raised. You will schedule the most appropriate Operative to attend repair jobs and ensure that all works are completed at the end of each working day and that any works that need to be followed on are actioned and rebooked on a daily basis.

As a Planner you must ensure that all relevant information from Operatives and customers is recorded accurately on appropriate systems and that the team provides the highest standard of customer service and resolves queries and disputes efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and be able to deal with difficult customers in a positive manner. A sound knowledge of database systems and Microsoft applications is required (experience of Northgate Servitor, and/or DRS5 would be an advantage) and you must demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to deliver key tasks and functions in an efficient and timely manner. You should also have the ability to be able to build good working relationships with the Planning Team, Operatives and Service Managers.
